Chesterfield Alumnae Chapter Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc

Who Is Eligible

Chesterfield Alumnae Chapter awards scholarships to students who have demonstrated academic excellence and extraordinary involvement in extracurricular activities and community service. Priority will be given to applicants whose leadership, service, and personal experiences align with the mission of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., particularly a demonstrated commitment to uplifting underserved communities.

Application Guidelines

HIGH SCHOOL APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY
Currently reside in Chesterfield County or Powhatan County, be a United States Citizen or permanent United States resident, be a graduating senior who will attend an accredited two/four year college/university, and must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5; however, the Minerva Scholarship requires a 3.5 GPA, and the STEM Scholarship requires a minimum GPA of 2.75. Children of Chesterfield Alumnae Chapter members are NOT eligible to receive scholarships.
CONTINUING EDUCATION APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY
Enrolled on a full-time basis as defined by the college or university, maintain good academic standing (GPA of 2.75 or better) as evidenced by your college transcript, and must have been awarded a scholarship from the Chesterfield Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., before 2026. Children of Chesterfield Alumnae Chapter members are NOT eligible to receive scholarships.
Chesterfield Alumnae Chapter Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc

Available to high school seniors who meet eligibility requirements, maintains a minimum 2.5 GPA, and demonstrates financial need.

Applicant must be a high school senior with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher and show significant evidence of community service.

Applicant must be a high school senior with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. Applicant must enroll and attend an HBCU.

 

Applicant must be a high school senior pursuing a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) with a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.

 Applicant must be a female high school senior with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.

 Applicant must be enrolled full-time as defined by the college or university with a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or better and must have been awarded a scholarship from the Chesterfield Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., before 2026.
